Stan Zeamer won two PIAA District Three titles and two Southeast Regional championships, wrestling for Manheim Central High School. At Northwest Missouri State College, he won a NCAA College Division 134-pound championship and was named the outstanding wrestler at five tournaments. He was never pinned. His combined scholastic and collegiate wrestling record was 167-27-5.

Upon graduating from Northwest Missouri in 1970, Zeamer was named head wrestling coach at Manheim Central, where he crafted a one-season record of 11-3. The next season, he joined the wrestling staff at Clarion University as an assistant coach. After a season at Clarion, he was named head coach at Franklin & Marshall in 1972. In six seasons as the Diplomats’ head coach, he had a dual meet record of 62-62.

At F&M, Zeamer coached Brian Brown to the EIWA 134-pound title and a fourth-place finish in the NCAA Division I championships. Zeamer also coached at Elizabethtown College.
