Milt Finefrock is boxing he took kids from tough Lancaster neighborhoods and taught them sportsmanship, athletics, and life off the streets from boxing. His protege was Fernando Rodriquez, who along with his partner Barry Stump helped mold him into a Pennsylvania featherweight champion and intercontinental council of America belt holder. Finefrock started his boxing career at now-defunct St. Joe Club. Milt fought his way out of the 7th Ward and in the late 1930's had 236 amateur fights winning 200 of them,
